Anomaly alerts
Daily scans for broken tracking, spend spikes and CPA surges — delivered by email, Slack or Telegram.
What gets caught
SpendMix scans your synced data once a day (you can also trigger a scan manually on the Alerts page) and raises an event when an account looks wrong:
- Tracking broken — spend is flowing but conversions flat-lined: the classic broken-pixel signature, and the most expensive one to miss.
- Spend spike — daily spend jumps far above the account's recent baseline.
- Spend dropped to zero — an account that normally spends went silent (paused campaigns, billing failure, disapproved ads).
- CPA surge — cost per conversion rises sharply against the trailing window.
Channels
Alerts go out once you add at least one channel on the Alerts page — nothing is sent (and nothing is scanned) until then.
- Email — add any address; this is the simplest way to turn alerts on.
- Slack — paste an incoming-webhook URL.
- Telegram — add your chat id on the Alerts page.
Each alert fires once per account per day per rule — you'll never get a storm of duplicates for the same incident.
Alerts read your synced cache, so they cost no extra API quota — but they are only as fresh as your sync schedule. Daily syncs are the minimum; hourly is better for spend monitoring.
