• Run and maintain the Spendmix platform
• Build and run Marketing Mix Models on your connected data
• Handle billing and manage your subscription
• Send you account-related emails (confirmations, receipts, model completion alerts)
• Improve the product using aggregated, anonymized analytics
• Respond to your support requests
• Meet legal obligations and enforce our terms

3. Data Sharing

We don't sell your personal data. Period. We only share it in a few specific situations:

• Service providers: We work with trusted partners for hosting, payments, and email delivery. They process data on our behalf under strict contracts.
• Legal requirements: We may share information if required by law or a valid legal process.
• Business transfers: If Spendmix is acquired or merges with another company, your data may transfer as part of that deal.

4. Data Retention

We keep your account data as long as your account is active. Marketing data from your connected platforms stays for the duration of your subscription and gets deleted within 90 days after you close your account. We may hold onto some data longer if the law requires it or for things like fraud prevention.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to:

• Access: Get a copy of the personal data we have on you.
• Correction: Fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Ask us to delete your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
