Looker Studio connector
Add SpendMix as a native Looker Studio data source and build live dashboards on your ad data.
Connect
- 1Create an API key on the API keys page and copy it — it is shown only once.
- 2Open the connector link from the Looker Studio page in your dashboard and authorize it.
- 3Paste the API key when prompted. The connector validates it against your account on the spot.
- 4(Optional) Enter a single account id to pin the data source to one account; leave it blank to include every account you sync.
- 5Click Connect, review the field list, and Create report.
Building reports
- Add a date range control — the connector requests exactly the range your viewers pick, so charts always reflect the dashboard dates.
- Fields cover dimensions (date, account, campaign…) and metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, revenue, CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS) per platform.
- Data is served from your synced cache when possible, so report loads stay fast even with many widgets.
Troubleshooting
INVALID_CREDENTIALS— the key was revoked or mistyped. Create a new key and re-enter it via the data source's Edit connection.- No rows — no accounts are selected for sync, or the date range genuinely has no data. Check the Accounts page.
- Stale numbers — increase your sync frequency on the Sync page; Looker Studio also caches on its side (use Refresh data in the report).
One SpendMix data source can back many reports — there's no need to reconnect per report.
